Rent a holiday home in Estonia – easy, safe and cost-effective!
EstCott Oü is a rental agency specializing in holiday homes
in Estonia. We are offering an easy and safe way to rent a holiday
home in Estonia. Holiday homes can be found and booked through
our internet site.
Our target groups are consumers in Finland and other Nordic
countries for whom we arrange suitable holiday homes. The arranged
holiday homes and apartments are usually suitable for family
holidays. Renting of holiday homes is possible in periods of
at least one week (generally Saturday-Saturday). In some cases
the rental period can be a week-end (Thursday-Sunday).
Estcott is not the owner of the premises. Estcott only acts
as an agent. We have a written contract with the owners of the
premises, in which the owner is committed to renting the premises
described on our internet site. The tenant enters into a binding
contract with Estcott OÜ. The terms of the Rental Agreement
can be found here.
The representative of EstCott has inspected all premises and
we aim to describe the premises on our internet site as truthfully
as possible. We do not classify premises, e.g. by giving stars.
In our view a verbal description and pictures capture the essence
of the premises. The rental price is also an indication of the
level of the premises.
Booking is easy. Make a booking as follows:
1. Find a suitable holiday home on the page ”Search”
and inspect the premises.
2. Pick a suitable week or weeks.
3. Provide your personal details.
4. Check the information of the booking and confirm booking.

After receiving your booking we will send a written confirmation
of the booking and an invoice for the advance paymant which
is 30% of the rental price, or if the beginning of the rental
period is less than 44 days away an invoice for the whole rent
by mail on the following workday. We also charge a 15 Euro booking
fee which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
All services ordered and their prices are listed in the booking
confirmation. The booking confirmation also includes contact
information of the owner of the premises, the address of the
premises and instructions how to find it and get the key. If
the booking is made less than 44 days before the beginning of
the rental period, the booking confirmation and other information
is sent after the invoice for the whole rental payment has been
paid. The booking becomes valid immediately after the advance
payment or the full payment has been made.
