Cottage - Ninase,

A two-storey log cabin, built in 2006, in Ninase on the north coast of Saaremaa in the midst of pine forest by the sea. The cottage is ideal for a family or a small group who appreciate a quiet environment, forest and sea.
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, living room, shower room+WC, sauna.
The kitchen provides good possibilities for cooking and serving food: electric stove, refridgerator, coffee machine, press can, electric kettle, toaster, utensils.
In the living room there is a fireplace, 2 small couches, coffee table, chest of drawers, shelf, TV for watching DVD's.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 separate and 1 walk-through). In total there are beds for 6 people in the bedrooms. Balcony.
Natural materials have been used in the design and finishing of the interior. As no smoking and no pets are allowed and all bedding is synthetic, we aim for an allergy-free environment.
In front of the cottage is a small covered terrace. In the yard is a large rustic picnic table and benches. Next to the cottage is a covered BBQ area with seating and a garage. Possibilities to play table tennis and an assortment of indoor and outdoor games.
A footpath through the pine forest leads to the sea and limestone-fossil beach.
There are other cottages scattered about in the neighbourhood, but the surrounding nature increases the sense of privacy.

The bedrooms are on different floors. In the lower bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed, a large mirror and a commode. The upper bedroom has four single beds, wooden floor.
The house has a shower room, hot and cold water, electric heating.
Around the house there is a large yard. Possibility of barbequing.
Possibility to use a unique sauna built in a windmill.

In the open kitchen there is an electric oven, a microwaveoven, coffee machine, water cooker and utensils. Dining table with chairs, a couch and tv are in the living room. Distance to the sea is 3 kms, but you can swim in the artificial lake - located only 200 meters from the house. The house has a large yard with berry bushes and apple trees. The two-storey cottage is suitable for 1 larger family or 2 smaller families.
There is room for max. 5 persons upstairs, television, chest of drawers.
Upstairs kitchen has an electric stove, microwaveoven, refridgerator, coffee machine, water cooker, utensils. Upstairs has its own shower room+WC.
Downstairs there is a bedroom (max. 3 persons), kitchen and a separate shower room+WC. If necessary or required beds can be moved to different locations. Kitchen rooms can also be utilized (downstairs kitchen can easily be converted into sleeping area).
Possibility of barbequing in the yard.
The best known holiday destination in Estonia, summer capital Pärnu is only 60 kms away. Distance to the Latvian border is 6 kms, to Riga 125 kms.
